- Subscription Plans & Fees: Fees for our plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected upon checkout.

- Refunds & Cancellations: Due to the immediate digital access and configuration provided upon sign-up, setup fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time prior to your next billing cycle via your account portal or by contacting support.

3. User Content & Directory Listings

- Users submitting business listings or content guarantee that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and lawful.

- We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or remove any listing that violates our guidelines or contains inappropriate content.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the site and its entire contents (including software, designs, text, graphics, and logos) are our proprietary property and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
